Graphical improvements && qol fixes

ive added: 

• an tutorial
• dust particles (you can toggle em off in settings by playing on low quality)
• ive added fade in and fade out transitions into more places

what ive fixed:

• menu fade out not working
• hitboxes
• and ive optimized the story mode ai a bit
• etc..
